Client Success Story Video Contest You Could Win an iPod Shuffle
We have successfully assisted thousands of individuals, couples, and families to take control of their financial
future. Now we would like you to share your story on how you successfully learned to manage your finances
so others can benefit from your real-life experiences. We are running a video contest to have our successful clients share
how our programs and services are making a difference in peoples' lives. If you or someone you
know is interested in sharing a story, we want to see it!
Eligibility:
This contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington D.C. who are 18 years or older and has received any of the services offered by AAA Fair Credit Foundation. Contest is void outside the 50 United States and D.C. and where prohibited by applicable federal, state, or local laws, rules or regulations. Employees of AAA Fair Credit Foundation and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
Each contestant may only enter one original video, either alone or as part of a
team effort.
Video entries must be received by AAA Fair Credit Foundation by the close of business
on Friday, May 1, 2009.
Contest Rules:
Video entries must be three minutes or shorter in length.
Entries may not include:
obscene, explicit or offensive images or language;
violence;
promotion of illegal activities;
weapons of any kind;
bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination
based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, age or
any basis protected by federal, state, or local law, ordinance, or regulations;
content that denigrates, disparages or reflects negatively on AAA Fair Credit Foundation,
its employees, or its programs and services.
Any entries that we believe violate this rule will be disqualified. The decision
to disqualify an entry is final and not open to dispute.
Entries must be of sufficient viewing quality to reproduce and broadcast in a variety
of settings. Entries that do not meet this standard may be disqualified. The decision
to disqualify an entry is final and not open to dispute.
All video entries must be entirely the contestant’s own original creation. It must
not infringe upon or violate any laws or third party rights, including, but not
limited to, copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights
and must not lead to any cause of action including libel, defamation, privacy violation,
contract breach or tort.
Contestants must obtain all necessary permissions, licenses, clearances, releases, waivers of moral rights and other approvals from all third parties (including but not limited to all copyright holders and all individuals appearing in the video entry), necessary to use the video entry in whole or in part, in any way, including without limitation, to reproduce, make derivatives, edit modify, translate, distribute, transmit, publish, license and broadcast the video submission by any means.
All persons appearing in the video must each sign a Waiver Form (including the author). Persons under 18 appearing in videos must have appropriate permissions/waivers signed by a parent or guardian. Any and all such permissions, licenses, clearances, releases, waivers of moral rights and approvals must be submitted with the contestant’s video entry.
No entries will be returned. All entries become the sole property of AAA Fair Credit
Foundation.
When entering this contest, each contestant irrevocably and in perpetuity grants
AAA Fair Credit Foundation, without compensation, the right to use the video entry,
in whole or in part, in any way, and without limitation.
Entries must be submitted on CD/DVD in one of the following video recording formats:
AVI, MPEG-4, WMV, VOB, FLV, or Quicktime. No other entry formats will be accepted.
All entries must be clearly labeled with the video title, contestant’s name, mailing
address and telephone number.
All entries must be accompanied by a completed official entry form and any other
necessary permission waivers/documentation, if applicable.
Entries must be received by AAA Fair Credit Foundation by the end of business on
Friday, May 1, 2009.

Winner Selection:
Entries that meet eligibility and contest rules will be posted on the AAA Fair Credit
Foundation website, www.faircredit.org, for a period of 2 weeks during which the
public will view and vote for the winning entry.
The entry with the highest number of votes at the end of the 2 week public voting period will be declared the winner by AAA Fair Credit Foundation’s contest committee. The decisions of the contest committee on all matters relating to the contest are final and not open to dispute.
The author of the winning entry will receive an Apple iPod Shuffle, currently valued at $79.00 USD.
