Client Bill of Rights & Refund Policy

Our Customer Commitment is to provide anyone who contacts us for assistance a quality experience through our programs and services provided. AAA Fair Credit Foundation (FCF) promises our customers the service and respect they deserve. Every customer has the right to the following:

  • Prompt, confidential, knowledgeable and courteous service at all times.
  • Treatment with dignity and respect.
  • Be actively involved in the comprehensive assessment of client's financial situation including an appropriate money action plan.
  • Non-judgmental counseling by trained and certified counselors.
  • A written summary of counselor recommendations.
  • Accurate and timely responses to questions and requests.
  • Monthly statements of any funds we receive and disburse to creditors.
  • Timely correction of any errors or mistakes made by FCF or any of its agents.
  • Express dissatisfaction through a complaint resolution process.
  • Discontinue their relationship with us at any time, for any reason.

Refund Policy

FCF is committed to ensuring the rights and fair treatment of our clients. All refund requests must be submitted in writing and are handled on a case by case basis. No refunds will be given after client submits financial data to AAA Fair Credit Foundation for review. This policy applies to client requests made to obtain copies of credit reports and/or credit scores.
